We're Hiring: Experienced Case Manager | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team in a full-time role.

n

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone who already has hands‐on experience working in an Australian migration practice and can confidently manage client files and progress matters with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

n

Previous experience working as a Migration Case Manager, Migration Assistant or in a similar migration-focused role

n

Strong experience with client file management and case progression

n

Practical experience handling Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 matters

n

Experience with skilled visas and Graduate visas

n

Experience preparing, managing or supporting Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) matters

n

Confidence working with multiple active matters, deadlines, documentation and client communication

n





Strong written communication, organisation and attention to detail

n
