About the role

n

You will assist older people with their daily living needs while promoting their independence, dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

n

Key responsibilities may include:

n

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
n
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
n
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
n
- Providing companionship and emotional support
n
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
n
- Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate records
n
- Working respectfully with clients, families, and other care professionals
n

About you

n

We are looking for someone who is:

- Compassionate, patient,



and respectful
n
- Reliable and dependableProfessional and committed to providing person-centred care
n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
- Experienced in aged care
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (preferred)
n
- Current First Aid/CPR, police check, NDIS clearance, WWCC, Flu vaccination
n
