Description

We are seeking a Business Applications & Solutions Analyst to provide business analysis, application design and continuous improvement capability across a diverse business applications environment. This role sits between the business, technology teams, projects, vendors and support functions. You will understand business challenges, analyse end-to-end processes and design practical, sustainable technology-enabled solutions. The role will have a solid focus on application improvement, integration, automation, requirements, process design and stakeholder engagement, ensuring solutions are scalable, supportable and aligned to business priorities.

Profile

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst / Applications Analyst who can operate across business and technology environments.

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Strong experience in business or systems analysis and application improvement.
n




- Ability to investigate complex problems and translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs.
n
- Experience working across multiple applications, processes and stakeholders.
n
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Experience working with technical teams, vendors and business users to deliver solutions.
n
- Understanding of systems integration, APIs, workflow automation and application architecture concepts.
n
- Experience supporting UAT, implementation, change and business sign-off.
n
- Strong organisation, documentation and prioritisation skills.
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to move work from discovery through to delivery.
n
- Experience across CRM, ERP, case management, telephony, Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power BI would be highly regarded.
n
- Experience within healthcare, community services, aged care, disability or another regulated environment would also be advantageous.
