About the role

n

As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide professional and responsive IT support to all users, ensuring a seamless IT experience across the organisation. You will align with ITIL best practices, manage incidents, and support internal and external events.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Provide IT support for internal and external seminars, training, and hybrid meetings
n
- Triaging and prioritising tickets in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
n
- Escalate issues and requests to third-party vendors as required
n
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides
n
- Maintain and manage the asset register and laptop lifecycle management
n
- Cultivate an awareness of security risks and maintain a cyber security-first approach.
n

Skills & experience

n

n
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within a client-centred organisation
n




- Strong capability in Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID, and Microsoft Office 365 applications
n
- Demonstrated ability to provide remote support and basic networking troubleshooting.
n
