The Coldflow Group is growing their Commercial Teams with opportunities to join owe Non-EBA sector as a Project Manager based out of the Clayton office. You will be responsible for interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating designs with builders and drafters, and liaising with site managers, installers and contractors for planning, purchasing and scheduling of equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating designs with Builders and Drafters
n
- Liaising with Site Managers, Installers and Contractors for planning, purchasing and scheduling of equipment
n
- Material and equipment take offs
n
- Cross checking schedules and shop drawings for discrepancies
n
- Generating RFQ's, research products and pricing
n
- Updating equipment schedules and engineering data to reflect current equipment and program
n




- Providing equipment forecasts for new projects ensuring suppliers are kept aware of upcoming orders and demand
n
- Project reporting and Margin analysis on jobs under management
n
- Managing the quality and safety across all projects
n

About you

n

n
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a HVAC PM or similar role
n
- Managed project portfolios ranging from $6-$8 million
n
- A detailed understanding of construction processes within the light commercial or EBA sector, including systems and HVAC detailing
n
- Robust leadership capability with effective stakeholder management skills
n
- Well rounded written and verbal communication skills
n
