This is a excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced projects team working closely with customers and suppliers to prepare commercial tender documentation.

n

You'll be the backbone of project tendering - helping to keep quotations moving, data maintained and communication flowing smoothly across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

- Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations.
n
- Maintain quotation registers, databases, source lists and project records
n
- Communicate requirements and updates with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Archive project files and follow up on outstanding documentation.Support timely, accurate and compliant project submissions.
n
- Assist with project-related enquiries and deliver responsive support to the wider network
n
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and successful project outcomes
n

Qualifications

n

n




- A willingness to learn and develop your career with Rexel

- Ability to work autonomously while supporting a busy project team.
n
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
n
- Confidence using technology (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, web-based tools).
n
- Strong customer service skills and a solutions-focused approach
n
- Electrical Industry experience would be preferred
n
