CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCER / STUDIO ALL-ROUNDER

LensStory is looking for a seriously creative content person who walks into the studio and sees content everywhere. This is a highly hands-on role combining content creation, photography, videography, editing, social media, storytelling and studio involvement. Some days you'll be creating Reels and TikToks. Other days you might be filming behind the scenes of a commercial production, helping with a podcast, experimenting with AI-generated content or assisting the studio team with something completely new.

Key responsibilities

Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and social content

Create content around XR and virtual production technology

Shoot high-quality photo and video content

Capture podcasts, interviews, live broadcasts and commercial shoots

Edit short-form and long-form content

Create promotional content for LensStory's services and capabilities

Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts and content ideas

Identify trends and quickly turn them into relevant content

Experiment with AI tools, emerging creative technology and new content formats

About you

Are genuinely obsessed with creating excellent content





Are comfortable around cameras, lighting and production environments

Understand what makes people stop scrolling

Can work independently and take an idea from concept to finished content

Have a strong visual and storytelling instinct

Are comfortable experimenting rather than waiting for instructions

Can confidently shoot and edit video

Have an interest in AI, XR, virtual production, film, broadcast and emerging technology

Understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms

Are reliable, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-moving studio
