What You'll Do

- Lead and deliver high-impact transformation projects across service delivery, IT, People & Culture, and corporate services.
n
- Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute transformation activities aligned with strategic goals.
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and drive measurable benefits.
n
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
n
- Support change management, communication, and capability-building activities to ensure successful adoption.
n
- Collaborate with a diverse team of project managers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
n

What You'll Bring

n





n
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Project Management, or related field.
n
- 5–7+ years' experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on enterprise transformation.
n
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs withinaged care, health, community services, or not-for-profit sectors.
n
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, AgilePM, ITIL) are highly regarded.
n
- Genuine commitment to BaptistCare's purpose, vision and values.

- Commitment to travel as, and when, required.
