An opportunity is available for an experienced Business Manager / Operations Manager to join a well-established national security services business.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee the operational and commercial delivery of security services across a portfolio of high-profile and high-net-worth clients, while leading security personnel and maintaining exceptional service standards.

- $140k - $160k + Super (negotiable on experience)

- Fully maintained company vehicle
n
- Senior position reporting directly to the Head of Operations

- Manage a high-profile portfolio of clients
n
- Established national security organisation
n
- Autonomous operational and client management role
n

Duties

n

n
- Manage security operations across a portfolio of key clients
n
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
- Lead Security Officers, Supervisors and operational personnel
n
- Oversee rostering, workforce planning and service delivery
n
- Manage incidents, complaints and operational escalations
n




- Monitor labour utilisation and commercial performance
n
- Maintain SOPs, reporting and security compliance
n
- Recruit, coach and performance-manage operational staff
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Security Operations Manager or similar
n
- Strong commercial security, guarding or protective services background
n
- Military or Police Force background (highly desirable)
n
- Operational and commercial understanding of security services
n
- Experience managing high-profile, HNW, VIP or sensitive clients (advantageous)
n
- Proven leadership of operational security teams
n
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong understanding of security compliance, risk and SOPs
n
