Poolwerx Boronia is seeking a dynamic Retail Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is fundamental to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of Poolwerx, engaging with customers, managing stock, and contributing to the smooth operation of our store. Your enthusiasm and dedication will directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and our team

Reliability and punctuality with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and in hot summer conditions.

Basic numeracy skills and competence with handling cash and electronic payment systems

Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain an orderly store

Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude towards work

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

n

Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential

Willingness to learn about products and develop product knowledge
