- Provide BAU support for SAP ECC Supply Chain and MM processes.
n
- Configure and maintain SAP ECC functionality to meet business needs.
n
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues.
n
- Manage support tickets and deliver outcomes within agreed SLAs.
n
- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
n
- Support testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
n

Profile

A Successful SAP Analyst (Supply Chain Modules) Should Have

n





Proven experience as an SAP Supply Chain / SAP MM Analyst supporting SAP ECC.

n

Strong Functional Knowledge And Configuration Experience In

n

- SAP Materials Management (MM)
n
- Procurement / Purchasing
n
- Inventory Management
n
- Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
n
- Material Master
n

n

Experience troubleshooting SAP Supply Chain issues in a production environment.

n

Background working in a ticket-based BAU support environment.

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
