The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our client's production team at their Brooklyn facility.

n

This is a great prospect for someone with manufacturing or machine operation experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in safety, quality and productivity.

n

You will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently, completing quality checks and supporting the wider production team to meet daily manufacturing requirements.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Your day-to-day duties may include:

n

n
- Setting up and operating production machinery
n
- Monitoring machine performance throughout the shift
n
- Completing quality checks and recording results
n
- Assisting with machine changeovers and basic adjustments
n
- Supporting operators with materials and production workflow
n
- Monitoring production output and identifying issues
n
- Reporting machine faults, delays or production issues to the supervisor
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
- Following site PPE requirements and safety instructions
n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous machine operation experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred, however we're also interested in candidates who have strong hands-on experience and a willingness to learn.

n

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

- Able to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and quality

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
n
- Comfortable standing, lifting and bending throughout the shift
n
- Able to identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues
n
- A good communicator who works well as part of a team
n
- Positive, hardworking and willing to learn
n
- Comfortable working around moving machinery and production equipment
n

Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, production, warehousing, machine operation, labouring or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to follow all PPE requirements, including steel-cap footwear and high-visibility clothing
