Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced NDT Technician to work within our Keysborough operations with some intra and interstate travel required. Base hours are 38hrs/pw with an expectation of occasional overtime, shift work and shutdowns. This can include FIFO and DIDO regional work where required.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team working in the power generation, mining, and fabrication environment.

n

NDT Technicians will undertake a range of duties including:

n

Dye Penetrant Inspection

n

Magnetic Particle Inspection

n

Visual Inspection

n

Ultrasonic Inspection

n

Radiographic Inspection (not all positions)

n

Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (not all positions)

n

Pressure Vessel and Tank Inspection (not all positions)

n





Previous experience with NDT inspections in accordance with AS/ASME standards

n

Previous experience working on large engineering projects or in an industrial environment

n

ISO9712 Level II Certification in Ultrasonic Testing

n

ISO9712 Level II Certification in Magnetic Particle Testing

n

Good communication skills and a team player

n

Understanding of WH&S; requirements and responsibilities

n

Understanding of ISO9001/ISO17025 requirements and responsibilities

n

A reasonable level of health and fitness

n

Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing

n

A current manual Driver's License

n

Satisfactory National Police Check

n

Live or be willing to relocate to Melbourne, Victoria

n

API 510 / 570 / 653 Certifications

n

Weld inspector certifications

n

ISO9712 Level II Certification in Phased Array

n

ISO9712 Level II Certification in Eddy Current Testing

n

ISO9712 Level II in Radiographic Inspection

n
