As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the successful opening and ongoing performance of Green Cup's new Perth store. This hands-on leadership role is suited to an energetic and commercially minded hospitality manager who is excited to build a high-performing team and establish Green Cup in a new market.

As we continue to grow, we're preparing to open our first Perth location. This is an exciting prospect to join Green Cup at a key stage of our expansion and help bring the brand to a new market.

Key responsibilities

n

Recruit, onboard, train and develop a high-performing team

n

Manage the store's day-to-day operations

n

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

n

Manage rosters, wages, stock, ordering and budgets

n

Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance

n

Monitor key metrics, including wage percentage, productivity and cost of goods

n

Maintain Green Cup's product quality and presentation standards

n

Coach and motivate the team to perform at their best

n

Ensure compliance with food-safety requirements, workplace policies and company procedures

n





Build local brand awareness and establish Green Cup within the Perth community

n

What we are looking for

n

At least two years of experience in a hospitality management or senior leadership role

n

Experience in a café, quick-service restaurant or fast-paced food environment

n

A proven ability to recruit, lead and develop a strong team

n

Experience managing rosters, wages, stock and store performance

n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n

A hands-on and proactive leadership style

n

A strong focus on customer service, product quality and presentation

n

Availability to complete approximately one month of training in Melbourne before the store opens
