In Home Care, Supporting Disability and Aged Care Clients

CLIENT LOCATIONS: Melbourne Monash | Whitehorse

Key responsibilities

n

First Visits: every time you meet a recent client you will be supported by another team member.

n

Buddy Visits: for your Complex clients, your first visit will be with another team member.

n

Electronic care plans: you can read about your clients prior to visiting them.

n

Nurse Support: 24/7 access to a Nurse

n

Flexible working hours: you are assigned clients and visits based on your availability, interests, skills, and preferences

What you need

- To be able to travel to our client locations, listed above
n
- The right to work in Australia
n
- The minimum of Cert III (in Aged/Disability/Community Care/Individual Support) OR
n
- AHPRA registration
n
- NDIS Worker Screen or National Police Check (Unsupervised)
n
- A Working with Children's Check
n
