The Role

As a PGA Golf Professional, you will support the Head Golf Professional in delivering high-quality golf programs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

You Will Be Responsible For

- Delivering private lessons, group clinics, junior programs, and beginner coaching
- Supporting player development and promoting participation in coaching programs
- Managing tee time bookings and player check-ins
- Assisting with daily golf operations and member services
- Providing professional retail advice and processing sales transactions
- Maintaining pro shop presentation and merchandising standards
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
- Supporting a positive team culture and professional environment

About You

- PGA of Australia Professional Accreditation
- Experience delivering golf lessons and coaching programs
- Experience in club fitting and club fitting technology (Trackman, Flightscope, GC Quad or the like)
- Strong understanding of golf operations
- Experience using golf management software such as MiClub
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for golf and helping others improve their game
- A positive, energetic and team-focused approach

Qualifications

- PGA of Australia Professional Accreditation
- Working With Children Check
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Approved Managers Card (Preferred)
- First Aid Certificate
- National Police Check
