Job Description

- Support LSKD's BEST/WIN/GROW merchandising strategies to drive sales and margin
n
- Own product allocations across stores, events and online, based on sales, stock, promotions and store profiles
n
- Coordinate product launches and ensure the right assortment lands in the right place
n
- Monitor inventory, sell-through and product performance to optimise stock and drive sales
n
- Manage store transfers to balance inventory and meet customer demand
n
- Partner with Merchandising and Planning to execute allocation strategies across location, size, colour and store space
n
- Work with DC, Retail and VM to keep product flowing and stores operating efficiently
n
- Manage aged, end-of-line and discontinued stock
n
- Visit stores to assess product performance, merchandising and inventory, feeding insights back to the team
n
- Maintain allocation systems, processes and documentation to keep things running smoothly
n
- Turn sales and inventory data into clear insights and recommendations
n
- Contribute to seasonal planning and merchandising strategy, keeping teams aligned and moving forward
n

What you'll bring to the role...

- Experience in merchandising or planning, ideally within retail apparel
n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
n
- Commercial and strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong Excel skills and experience with retail analytics tools
n
- Comfortable juggling priorities and moving fast in a deadline-driven environment
n
