The role

n

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this is a hands‐on payroll position where you'll be involved in much more than simply processing a pay run.

n

You'll manage payroll activity across 1,400+ employees, including starters, terminations, variations, adjustments and parental leave payments, while also getting involved in:





n

- Payroll reporting and audits
n
- Superannuation and Payday Super
n
- Payroll tax, PAYG and statutory payments
n
- Month-end reconciliations and payroll GLs
n
- Leave liabilities and remuneration reporting
n
- Payroll queries
n
- New starter administration
n
- Garnishees and other statutory requirements
n
- Payroll audits and improvement projects
n

About you

n

n
- You will have end to end payroll experience
n
- Have strong attention to detail and a good understanding of payroll administration and statutory requirements.
n
- You're organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines.
n
- You enjoy being part of a team, but you're also confident taking ownership of your work and solving problems when they arise.
n
- Intermediate Excel skills are important, but your attitude, reliability and payroll capability are what will really set you apart.
