Trainer & Assessor – Certificate III in Individual Support

Murray ACE is looking for a passionate Trainer & Assessor to join our team and deliver Certificate III in Individual Support.

n

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for delivering engaging training and assessment while supporting students throughout their studies.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Delivering engaging and practical training for Certificate III in Individual Support.
n
- Supporting students with different learning needs and abilities.
n
- Assessing student work fairly and accurately.
n
- Keeping training, assessment and student records up to date.
n
- Providing feedback and support to help students succeed.
n
- Monitoring student attendance, progress and engagement.
n
- Keeping training and assessment resources current and compliant.
n
- Participating in validation and continuous improvement activities.
n
- Building positive relationships with students,



industry and the local community.
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is passionate about training and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.

n

You will have:

n

n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or willing to obtain with our support.
n
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant higher-level qualification.
n
- Current industry experience in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability.
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and student management systems.
n
- A commitment to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
n
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
n
