As a Senior Creative Product Designer, you’ll help shape the future of The Lott’s digital experiences by bringing bold ideas, exceptional visual craft and cutting-edge interactions to life. Working alongside Product Designers, Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll lead creative concepting, motion, prototyping and expressive digital experiences that go beyond functional transactions, creating products that feel more playful, personal, memorable and uniquely The Lott.

What you’ll do

Generate bold creative concepts and visual directions that shape the future of The Lott’s digital experiences.

Create polished UI, interactions, motion and prototypes that bring ideas to life with creativity and personality.

Design engaging experiences that leverage storytelling, gamification and innovative customer interactions.

Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers and Engineers to turn concepts into high-quality, customer-centric solutions.

Explore emerging technologies including AI, creative coding and generative design to push creative boundaries and elevate the customer experience.





What you’ll bring

Experience creating interactive prototypes and experimenting with emerging technologies, including AI, creative coding and generative design.

Solid understanding of gamification, storytelling and behavioural design, with the ability to create engaging customer experiences.

Ability to blend product and brand thinking, bringing brand expression to life through interaction, motion and digital experiences.
