Job Description

Devonport City Council is seeking a friendly, confident individual to join our Customer Service team as a Trainee. You'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering qualified, accurate service in person and over the phone.

This role offers on-the-job training with a Certificate III in Business, exposure to reception, basic administrative and financial tasks, and opportunities to grow within a large, customer‐focused organisation.
