Care 4 Home is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable support worker to join our growing NDIS team. This casual position with flexible hours based on the participant's support needs.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with young children and toddlers with ASD and can regulate the participant.

n

The role involves providing support with the participant's family and managing behaviours. We are seeking someone who is warm, respectful, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Previous experience working with NDIS participants or children with behavioural concerns will be highly regarded.

About the role

- Casual hours (flexible based on participant needs)

- Working with young children and toddlers with disabilities
n
- Managing behaviours and regulating particpant
n




- Maintain skilled documentation and communication with the Care 4 Home team
n
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Experience in working with young children
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
n
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to support work
n
