Timbrebongie House is a 47 bed aged care facility and 27 unit retirement village located in Narromine, Central West New South Wales. As the first point of contact for residents, tenants, visitors and staff you will play a key role in creating a positive experience while providing effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our small but very busy office.

Key responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries
n
- Maintain office records, databases and filing systems
n
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other administrative documents
n
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
n
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
n
- Support management and team members with general administrative tasks
n
- Develop agreements and contracts for new admissions
n




- Ensure all legislation requirements are complied with
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
n
- The ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
n
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check or the ability to obtain one
n
- Previous aged care experience (desirable)
