A rare opportunity exists for an exceptional hotelier to help shape, open and lead The Hotel by Levantine Hill, a new 33-suite luxury hotel within the established Levantine Hill Estate in Coldstream, Yarra Valley.

n

This is an intimate, highly personalised hotel within a destination built around exceptional wine, food and hospitality.

n

We are looking for a Hotel Manager who is, above all else, passionate about guests.

n

Someone who notices the details, anticipates what a guest might need before they ask, is highly visible in the operation and takes enormous personal pride in creating memorable experiences.

The opportunity

n

As Hotel Manager, you will lead the Hotel through pre-opening, launch and beyond.

n

You will help establish the service culture, recruit and develop the team, shape the guest journey and ensure the Hotel connects seamlessly with everything that makes Levantine Hill special.

n

Luxury here will not be about formality for formality's sake. It will come from warmth, recognition, anticipation, precision and genuine care.

n

The guest should experience one Levantine Hill, with accommodation naturally connected to the Estate's restaurant, cellar door, wines, events and wider experiences.

What you will lead

- An exceptional, high-touch guest experience from pre-arrival through to post-stay
n
- Pre-opening readiness and launch of the Hotel
n
- Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping and hotel presentation standards
n
- Recruitment, training and leadership of a small, high-calibre team
n




- Seamless integration of accommodation with Levantine Hill's wine, dining and Estate experiences
n
- Contemporary hotel technology and guest-journey systems
n
- Revenue, budgets and overall hotel performance
n

About you

n

You are a hands-on luxury hotelier who genuinely loves looking after people.

n

You are equally comfortable welcoming a guest, inspecting a suite, coaching a team member, solving a service issue or reviewing tomorrow's arrivals. You have high standards, strong attention to detail and the instinct to step in personally when something is not right.

n

Just as importantly, food and wine excite you.

n

You do not need to be a sommelier, but you should have a genuine interest in great restaurants, wine and destination hospitality, and understand how they can transform a hotel stay into something memorable.

n

You will enjoy working closely with Levantine Hill's culinary and wine teams, building your own knowledge and helping your hotel team confidently bring the Estate experience to life for guests.
