Job Description
Your recent organisation is a growing, ISO-certified restoration company delivering fire, flood and mould restoration across Victoria, backed by a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a supportive team culture.

About this opportunity:
n
Office-based role — not a site or project management position
n
$70,000 – $75,000 + super, depending on experience
n
8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
n
Central to daily operations — a key link between the office, the field team and clients
n
Established, growing team with clear processes and a supportive office environment
n
Your responsibilities:
n
n
- Reviewing site reports submitted by technicians, checking they meet standard before they're sent to the client
n
- Planning the week ahead — scheduling and allocating technicians to jobs, and estimating completion times
n
- Coordinating jobs and orders between clients and the field team, keeping everyone informed and on track
n
- Acting as the go-to point of contact between the office and technicians in the field
n
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
n
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of restoration projects from the office
n
n
To be considered for this role:
n
n
- Proven experience in a project coordination, scheduling or resource-planning role — backgrounds in restoration, building or facilities management highly regarded
n
- Strong attention to detail, particularly reviewing technical or field reports for quality and accuracy
n
- Excellent organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities at once
n
- Confident communicator, equally comfortable liaising with clients and field technicians
n
- Strong computer literacy, comfortable working across scheduling and job-management systems
n
