We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Account Manager to grow new business, strengthen existing customer relationships and build a healthy sales pipeline across Australia.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Win new business and grow existing accounts
n
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
n
- Develop long term customer relationships
n
- Prepare customer briefs, RFQs and quotations
n
- Work closely with Estimating, Customer Service, Prepress and Production
n
- Meet sales and gross profit targets
n
- Attend industry events and identify new market opportunities
n

n

You will ideally bring:

- Strong business development and account management experience
n
- Experience in labels,



print or a related manufacturing environment
n
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
n
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
n
- A proactive, resilient and hands on approach
n
- Great organisation, attention to detail and follow through
