We are seeking an experienced A Grade Electrician to join our team at Lead Electrical in Melbourne, Victoria. In this full time role, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance and repair tasks across predominantly residential and some commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Performing electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair work to the highest standards
n
- Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, schematics and work orders
n
- Conducting electrical safety inspections and testing
n
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients
n
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices
n
- Mentoring and training apprentice electricians as required
n
- Supervising and running jobs with young teams of apprentices
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- A valid A Grade Electrician's Licence
n
- 5 years' experience as a qualified A Grade Electrician (Preferable but not compulsory)
n
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and equipment installation
n




- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and work orders
n
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
n
- Commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality workmanship
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- A reliable, organised and proactive approach to your work
n
- Willing to travel across Melbourne
n
