Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation and hospitality side of the business, supervising, coordinating and supporting staff across accommodation, housekeeping, guest services and other operational areas.

Key responsibilities

n

Supervising, coordinating and supporting staff across accommodation, housekeeping, guest services and other operational areas

n

Preparing staff rosters and allocating daily duties

n

Recruiting, training and supporting staff as required

n

Monitoring service standards and ensuring a positive guest experience

n

Handling guest enquiries, feedback and complaints

n

Coordinating accommodation operations, bookings and guest requirements

n

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the ordering of supplies

n

Liaising with management, suppliers and contractors

n

Assisting with budgets, operational costs and general administration

n

Ensuring workplace procedures, health and safety requirements and company policies are followed

n

About you

n

Previous experience in accommodation or hospitality management,



or a closely related supervisory/management role - minimum 1 year

n

Experience in supervising and coordinating staff

n

Strong organisational and communication skills

n

Positive customer service and problem-solving abilities

n

The ability to work independently to manage prioritising tasks

n

The ability to work effectively in a remote working environment

n

Availability to work a flexible roster when required

n

We are seeking someone looking for a long-term opportunity who is able to commit to the position for at least 12-24 months.

Due to the remote location of the property, applicants with previous experience or qualifications in healthcare, nursing, first aid or another medical-related field will be highly regarded, although this is not an essential requirement of the position.
