We're Hiring: Project Manager – Snowflake Platform & Technical Delivery

We are modern Salesforce, Snowflake & AI consultancy helping organisations deliver scalable, secure and high-performing cloud and data solutions.

We're looking for a technically strong Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise data platforms on Snowflake, covering data migration, ingestion and transformation through to production operation.

n

The Role

n

You'll be accountable for delivery outcomes, team performance and client relationships, while bringing strong practical Snowflake knowledge to technical and delivery decisions.

n

Working closely with architects, migration leads and data engineers, you'll assess solution designs, challenge estimates and guide decisions around security, performance, architecture and operating costs.

n

What You'll Be Working On

n

n
- Owning the end-to-end delivery plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, budget and resource forecasting
n
- Leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing priorities, capacity, performance and delivery impediments
n
- Acting as the primary delivery contact for clients and leading progress reviews, workshops and escalations
n
- Working with technical leads to review Snowflake architecture, ingestion and transformation patterns
n
- Guiding decisions around warehouse sizing, performance and Snowflake consumption
n
- Coordinating Snowflake environments, access controls, deployment, monitoring and release readiness
n
- Overseeing data migration, modelling, pipeline testing and reconciliation
n
- Managing risks, issues, actions and key technical and commercial decisions
n
- Controlling scope changes and assessing effort, cost and delivery impacts
n
- Tracking delivery progress and Snowflake consumption forecasts
n
- Leading migration rehearsals, cutover, rollback readiness and stabilisation
n




- Ensuring client approvals, knowledge transfer and a controlled transition into support
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Strong experience leading complex technology or data platform delivery through production release
n
- Proven accountability for scope, budget, schedule and quality
n
- Strong hands-on Snowflake experience, including enterprise implementations or migrations
n
- Good understanding of Snowflake architecture, virtual warehouses, database/schema design and workload management
n
- Experience with Snowflake access controls, performance analysis, warehouse sizing and consumption monitoring
n
- Strong SQL and data engineering knowledge
n
- Experience with ETL/ELT, APIs, relational databases, data quality, migration testing and production cutover
n
- Proven experience managing technical teams, including capacity planning, coaching and performance management
n
- Robust client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and communicate effectively with both executives and engineers
n
- Strong commercial judgement around effort, costs, commitments and change requests
n
- Experience with delivery governance, testing, release practices and secure handling of sensitive data
n

Nice to Have

n

- Background in Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting or Platform Implementation
n
- Snowflake and/or Project Management certifications
n
- Experience with dbt, Python, cloud storage and orchestration tools
n
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a source or downstream integration platform
n
- Experience with DB2, SQL Server or complex legacy systems
n
- Experience delivering solutions within regulated environments
n
