We’re fortunate to work on a wide range of projects inclusive of those not often encountered in a typical Building Surveying business with industry leading clients.

About the Role

As a Building Surveyor, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our team of senior building surveyors. From assisting with compliance reviews and technical reporting to joining site inspections and engaging with clients, every day will bring recent opportunities for growth. You'll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining hands‑on experience across diverse areas of the industry.

The role consists of wide range of tasks keeping the day‑to‑day wide-ranging and interesting. Some of our more common tasks include:

Conduct plan reviews to assess compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA).

Resolve building notices and orders.

Prepare performance solutions.





Prepare and submit report and consent applications, including Regulation 129 applications in consultation with the Fire Brigade.

Ensure effective documentation management and documentation control of the project as required by the Director/s.

About You

Relevant Diploma (or higher qualification)

Current Driver’s License

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and considered reports

Professional attitude and self-motivated
