Job Description

A fast-growing civil contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator or Project Administrator to support delivery on a major data centre project, with ongoing opportunities across a strong pipeline of infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end administrative support to project and site teams
n
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, variations, registers, and correspondence
n
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance documentation, and tracking
n
- Assist with procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
n
- Maintain accurate records within project management systems
n
- Support contract administration tasks alongside project engineers and commercial teams
n
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
n
- Assist with reporting,



meeting minutes, and general project coordination
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a Construction Administrator or Project Administrator role within civil, infrastructure, or related sectors
n
- Exposure to large-scale or technically complex projects (data centres, utilities, or major infrastructure highly regarded)
n
- Strong document control and organisational skills with high attention to detail
n
- Proficient across MS Office and project management/document control systems
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
n
