The Role nn
Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements
n
Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and project cost reporting
n
Assess progress claims, variations, invoices and payment schedules
n
Maintain project budgets, forecasts, registers and contractual documentation
n
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors throughout project delivery
n

The Criteria nn
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
n
3 plus years' experience as a CA in commercial or multi residential construction
n
Local Adelaide experience and a robust subcontractor network highly beneficial
n
