As the weather warms up and the season gets busy, we're growing the team at Pony. We're looking for a bartender who takes pride in the craft and loves the buzz of a full room.

The role

n

n
- Lead day-to-day bar service in a busy dispense bar, keeping drinks fast, consistent and beautifully made
n
- Batch our house cocktails and prep syrups and other bar essentials
n
- Keep the bar spotless, organised and ready for service
n
- Have the chance to help shape our cocktail menu, if that's your thing
n

About you

n

n
- 2+ years of bartending experience,



with solid classic cocktail and spirits knowledge
n
- Fast, calm and productive under pressure, with a warm, welcoming manner
n
- Someone who cares about the details, from a well-balanced drink to a clean station
n
- A valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
n
