We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Fitter – Level 1 to join our client's team in Pakenham, VIC. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic mechanical skills who is keen to develop their experience in a hands‐on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assist with fitting, assembly and basic mechanical maintenance
n
- Use hand and power tools safely
n
- Read and follow basic drawings and instructions
n
- Assist experienced fitters with repairs and maintenance
n
- Perform general workshop duties and keep the work area clean
n
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
n

About You:

n

n
- Previous mechanical, fitting or workshop experience preferred
n
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and tools
n
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship experience is advantageous
