About the Role

n

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in building a thriving workplace culture, with a strong focus on developing and motivating the team. You will oversee front-of-house operations, including In-Room Dining, and be a driving force behind our financial results.
n This role will primarily focus on the dinner team, with responsibilities across the Restaurant, Club Lounge, In-Room Dining and Events, including overseeing dinner service and large-scale events such as weddings. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and support the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. Specifically, this role will involve:

Lead, develop and empower the team, creating a positive culture that supports the growth and success of the team

n

Run and manage dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday

n

Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering and day-to-day operational planning to ensure smooth and efficient service

n

Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy between the food, dining and service experience

n





Have a strong service-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering a great guest experience

n

And (of course), have a customer focused approach to service

n

What are we looking for?

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role and working environment

n

A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

n

Desire to create the best working environment for their team

n

Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve issues and manage conflict

n

The ability to work efficiently and remain composed under pressure

n

A well-presented and organised individual with a positive, can-do attitude
