Job Description

n

We're looking for a commercially driven relationship builder who knows how to turn robust industry connections into real project opportunities. This role involves:

n

n




- Build and grow strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, joiners and industry partners.
n
- Grow and manage a strong pipeline of project specifications and opportunities.
n
- Influence product selection and secure e&s; products across new and existing projects.
n
- Meet with clients regularly to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
n
- Achieve annual sales and specification targets.
n
- Manage and maintain accurate client and pipeline information in NetSuite.
n
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for our showrooms.
n
- Work closely with suppliers to identify opportunities and deliver product presentations, samples and marketing support.
n
- Stay up to date with industry trends, projects, events and key dates.
n
- Lead, coach and support the A&D; and Kitchen & Bathroom Designer teams.
n
- Work closely with our Retail and Commercial teams to maximise opportunities across the business.
n
- Deliver and manage the e&s; Rewards Program across relevant B2B customers.
n
- Ensure consignment stock is effectively managed and delivering a strong return for the business.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Proven sales experience within the building, design or related industry.
n
- 5+ years' experience in account management or relationship management.
n
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
n
- A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
n
- Commercially driven with a focus on achieving results.
n
