Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of customer engagement programs that deliver strong commercial outcomes for clients. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, manages project delivery, and coordinates internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget and to agreed objectives. In addition to leading campaign execution, the role is designed to support the Senior Account Manager on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening client relationships through flawless execution, driving commercial performance for the agency and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Act as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client projects

n

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

n

Support Senior Account Managers and Group Account Director in maintaining client partnerships through flawless execution of projects

n

Assist in translating client briefs into actionable project plans

n

Manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned programs and campaigns

n

Develop and maintain project timelines,



schedules and delivery plans

n

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

n

Track project milestones and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies

n

Coordinate activities across Strategy, Creative, Digital, Production, Operations, Fulfilment, Customer Service and Partnerships

n

Robust project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
