We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Software Engineer / Developer to join an Australian Government digital transformation program.

n

Working Arrangement: Hybrid – flexible office / work-from-home

n

This role is suited to a senior software engineer who can combine Power Platform development, full-stack engineering and technical leadership within a small, high-performing multidisciplinary delivery environment.

n

You will contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of an enterprise digital portal, working closely with technical and business teams to deliver secure, scalable and user-focused solutions.

- Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform
n
- Build and maintain Power Pages solutions
n
- Develop contemporary, responsive front-end applications
n
- Design and implement full-stack solutions integrating front-end and backend services
n
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and cloud-based services
n
- Work with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies
n
- Apply established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components
n
- Contribute to source control, automated testing and CI/CD practices
n
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to development standards
n
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams
n
- Analyse complex technical requirements and develop practical solutions
n
- Contribute to a high-performing,

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams

- Ability to work effectively in a small, high-performing team workplace

Experience with AI and intelligent automation , including:

- Generative AI

- Agent-based solutions

Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI will also be highly regarded.

n

Canberra-based candidates are strongly preferred.

n

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement , with flexibility between office and work-from-home, subject to business requirements.

n

Candidates based outside Canberra may also be considered.
