The Trade Coast Hotel is looking for a Full time permanent chef at Sous Chef level. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong technical skill set and a passion for delivering modern food in a casual dining environment.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain high and consistent standards
n
- Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and experience across a range of cooking techniques and styles
n
- Ensure sound understanding of food safety standards and OH&S;

About you

- Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
n
- Minimum 1-3 years' relevant experience
n
- Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards
n
- Flexible availability across a 7-day/night roster
n
- CV with qualified referees, including current email addresses and phone numbers
