About The Role:
n
To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking applications of experienced Machine Operators for a civil construction project on the fringe of Dalby.
n
This project offers an immediate start with an approx. 3–6-month length.
n
We are keen to chat to Operators who are experienced operating one or more of the following:
n
n
- Scraper
n
- Watercart
n
- Loaders
n
- Graders
n
- Excavators
n
- Compactors
n
- Other mobile plant / heavy mining equipment
n
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Safe operation of equipment
n
- Complete pre-start inspections and report any mechanical faults or safety concerns
n
- Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure all tasks are completed to high safety standards
n
- Collaborate with the team to optimise efficiency and project outcomes
n
n
We anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
n
n
- Prior experience operating in a civil or mining environment
n
- RII Statement of Attainment for relevant machine (essential)
n
- White card / general construction induction.
n
- Current & valid Driver's Licence
n
- Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
n
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and quick-paced environment
n
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
n
