Job Description

The Project Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from opportunity identification and proposal development through to project delivery and close-out.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.

n

Develop proposals, CTRs, schedules, and supporting project documentation.

n

Ensure all project documentation is completed to a high professional standard.

n

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.

n

Liaise and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

n

Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and deliverables to achieve project objectives.

n

Support mobilisation planning and execution activities.

n

Facilitate communication between clients,



project teams, and management.

n

Drive projects to completion while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and commercial objectives.

n

Out-of-hours work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, during critical project execution phases. In recognition of this, time-in-lieu (TIL) is provided in accordance with company policy.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As some projects operate in a rapid-paced environment with short deadlines, the Project Lead must be adaptable, responsive, and willing to manage competing priorities to meet client and business requirements.
