An exciting chance has come up for a full time Fire Service Coordinator to join our Fire Service and Maintenance team.

The Role

We're on the hunt for a Coordinator who can keep the wheels turning, the calendars aligned, and all the moving parts working in harmony. Think of yourself as the central hub where people, plans, and problem-solving all connect.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind:

- Orchestrating maintenance technicians across a variety of sites
n
- Turning service requests and work orders into smooth, well-executed actions
n
- Keeping clients informed and teams in sync
n
- Staying on top of records, compliance, and the finer details
n

About You

- Experience in service coordination or scheduling, especially in building services or maintenance teams
n
- A natural flair for communication and customer service
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
n
- Confidence with computer systems and scheduling tools
n
- A proactive spirit and a team-first attitude
n
