ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic team in a permanent part time capacity with the availability to work a range of AM & PM shifts with flexibility across the week, including weekends. You will be part of a supportive and professional multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based care in a resident-focused environment.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will:

n

- Deliver personalised nursing care based on resident needs and care plans
n
- Administer medications and monitor health changes
n




- Accurately document care activities to support AN-ACC funding
n
- Supervise Personal Care Assistants and foster a collaborative team approach
n
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
n

n

The successful applicant will have

n

AHPRA Registration

n

Current 1st Aid & CPR Certificates

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care in Australia

n

A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

A strong focus on improving quality of life for our residents

n

Sound understanding of AN-ACC

n

Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards

n

Highly organised with proven ability to prioritise tasks in a busy setting

n

Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services

n

Proof of eligibility to work in Australia

n

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

n
