The Role

n

Joining as the sole Pre Construction Manager, you'll be a key player in our business.

n

You'll be responsible for preparing detailed, accurate, and competitive estimates for a variety of commercial projects. Your ability to analyse plans, evaluate specifications, and collaborate with project managers and subcontractors will be critical.
n This role will be working closely with the Estimating team to dissect construction programmes, write methodology and help assist scheduling and managing compliance.
n You will also work alongside project delivery to establish site plans, walk through programme specifics with Project Management.

Key responsibilities will include:

n

Working alongside the Estimating team to write construction methodology.

n

n
- Constructing the bid process, writing scope of works,



identifying value engineering opportunities.
n

n

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors.

n

Collaborating with Project Managers to identify and evaluate project risks and opportunities.

n

What We're Looking For

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- A relevant degree in Construction Management
n
- Demonstrative experience as a Project Manager or Pre Construction Manager in the Commercial Construction industry.
n
- A solid understanding of construction methodology, materials, and local regulations.
n
- Strong construction knowledge, demonstrative experience as a Project Manager.
n
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
n
- A willing attitude to lead and develop further in the business
n
