Our client, a well-established warehouse operation based in Yarraville, is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday 2:15pm-10:15pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations
n
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse personnel
n
- Ensure all inbound and outbound freight is processed efficiently
n
- Monitor productivity and maintain workflow across the shift
n
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control procedures
n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Assist with forklift operations and general warehouse duties as required
n




- Liaise with management regarding operational performance and staffing requirements
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader position
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Forklift Licence (LF) essential
n
- Sound understanding of warehouse systems and processes
n
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
