TerryWhite Chemmart Parkdale is a busy community pharmacy dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and customer service to our local community. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Controller/Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team.

The Role

n

We're seeking a reliable and organised individual to manage stock control while also assisting customers on the shop floor. This dual role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — balancing behind-the-scenes inventory management with front-of-house customer service.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Receive, check, and process stock deliveries
n
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes
n
- Monitor stock rotation and expiry dates
n
- Process returns and manage stock discrepancies
n
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and stock issues
n




- Assist customers with general retail and pharmacy product enquiries
n
- Serve customers at the register (POS)
n
- Merchandise shelves and maintain store presentation
n
- Support the wider pharmacy team as needed
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in stock control, retail, or pharmacy assistant role (preferred)
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
n
- Physically able to lift and move stock
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends
n
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy (desirable but not essential)
n
