At Lifetime Holistic Dental, we are looking for a reliable, organised and genuinely patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team on a 4-day-per-week basis.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience, is committed to their work and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

Has dental reception experience and a good understanding of dental treatments and practice operations

n

Is genuinely patient-focused and enjoys building positive relationships with patients

n

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Is highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

n

Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right

n

Is warm, friendly and professional, particularly when supporting patients who may be anxious or nervous about dental treatment

n





Is a team player who is willing to help wherever needed

n

Is committed and dependable, and looking for a long-term role where they can grow with the practice

n

Is coachable, open to learning and enthusiastic about developing their knowledge and skills
