What We're Looking For
n
n
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
n
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
n
- Solid understanding of the EYFS and child development
n
- Confidence creating engaging experiences across different areas of learning
n
- A good understanding of supporting school readiness without losing the importance of play
n
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and physical development
n
- A creative, warm and nurturing approach
n
- Strong communication skills with children, families and colleagues
n
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
n
