The Opportunity

As Store Manager,



you’ll shape how the store runs and how shoppers and sellers experience Goodbyes every day.

Your responsibilities include:

- Leading the consignment experience from end to end, with strong selection and pricing practices across the team.

- Coaching and developing your team to grow and perform at their best.

- Driving store performance and using results to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Creating a friendly, trusted resale experience for every shopper and seller.

- Keeping the store organised, well presented, secure and running smoothly.

- Taking ownership of the daily decisions and operations that keep the store on track.

About You

You’re an experienced retail leader, confident in balancing team leadership, customer service, store performance and daily operations. You are:

- Motivated by developing people

- Focused on creating a friendly, trusted store experience

- Organised and results-driven

- Interested in fashion, resale and more intentional ways of shopping

- Hours:38 hours » Monday - Friday

- Pay: $71,540.89 plus super
