The Opportunity

n

Central Steel Build is looking for an organised and proactive Project Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of projects from handover through to completion.

n

This is a hands‐on coordination role where you'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, installers and internal teams to keep projects moving, solve problems and ensure a positive customer experience.



Success in this role comes down to organisation, communication and follow‐through. You'll be someone who enjoys bringing people, schedules and information together while ensuring projects continue progressing toward key milestones.

Key Responsibilities

n

Coordinating project schedules, timelines and delivery milestones

n

Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding project progress, site access and key updates

n

Coordinating installers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders

n

Monitoring project progress and following up outstanding actions to keep projects on track

n

Preparing and maintaining project documentation, records and reporting

n

Assisting with project variations, scope changes and project administration

n

Identifying potential risks, delays and issues and helping coordinate solutions

n

Supporting project budget tracking and financial reporting

n

Ensuring permits, documentation and site requirements are ready for project delivery

n

Contributing to safe, compliant and successful project outcomes

n

About You

n

You're highly organised, proactive and enjoy working with people. You can manage multiple projects at once, communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders and remain calm when priorities change.
